Location: Remote – Anywhere in Mexico Job Summary CBSInfosys is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to support growth across our IT consulting, staffing, healthcare staffing, AI recruitment platforms, and outreach automation solutions. The role involves lead generation, client outreach, relationship building, and business development for U. S.-based clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and networking Promote CBSInfosys services including IT staffing, healthcare staffing, software development, AI recruitment solutions, and sales automation platforms Identify client hiring needs and schedule meetings with decision-makers Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, MSPs, vendors, and partners Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM updates Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to support client requirements Support marketing and outbound campaigns for products such as , Skill Exam, and My Sales Dialer Requirements Experience in inside sales, business development, staffing sales, or IT services sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience working with U.
