POSITION SUMMARY Ensures the monitoring and implementation of the Integrated System, working collaboratively with departments to identify improvement opportunities and implementing actions to strengthen it. Validates that suppliers comply with the required guidelines, working closely with them to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions that support achieving quality performance within the target. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Product audit process and Out of Box Audit (OOBA)
· Incoming inspection process
· Process audits
· Return Material Authorization (RMA)
· Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
· Supplier rejection follow-up (DMR)
· Failure Analysis (FA)
· Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control
· UL and Compliance
· Acts as a backup for the Quality Engineer
· Personnel management
· Kaizen events EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
· Advanced business English proficiency.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Procedure development.
· Personnel training.
· Team management.
· Handling of measurement and testing equipment (preferred).
· Knowledge in verification and control of ESD stations (preferred).
· Assertive communication.
· Problem analysis and resolution.
· Organizational skills. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Engineering degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of IPC, TL 9000, ISO 14001, UL, RoHS, ESD (preferred).
- Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (preferred). PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- Physical handling and lifting of materials.
- Extended periods outside the office, walking and standing.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of urgency, and emotional intelligence. WORK ENVIRONMENT
- 40% office work, 60% operations floor presence.
- Supplier visits as needed.
