- Utilize Zendesk and other relevant tools to manage and track customer tickets.
- Work independently to handle a variety of customer cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate when necessary. **Qualifications**:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a customer support or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
