OTR Regional Manager, Amazon Logistics (Hermosillo)

The candidate must be effective at influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, support teams, carrier partners and senior leadership.Key Job Responsibilities1. Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for the sort operation, and manage a team group to meet all building’s goals.2. Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers.3. Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.4. Support a team of On the Road (OTR) and Delivery Service Providers in weekly management of the last mile operation, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, data analysis, metrics reviews and communication with DSPs, their management representatives and drivers.Location: Hermosillo, Sonora, MX.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.- Ability to work a versátil schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
