What will you do? As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency within our facilities.

How will you do it?
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. By closely examining workflows and addressing inefficiencies, you will enhance operational output and customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop and implement effective solutions. This involves fostering trust and leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovation.
- Maintain and enforce manufacturing standards and safety protocols. Your role will focus on upholding integrity and accountability throughout all operations.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects across production lines. Your efforts will include problem-solving and employing Lean methodologies to streamline processes.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
