We are hiring Accounts Receivable Analyst Candidates must be based Queretaro, Mexico Reporting to Finance Manager Mexico

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process and record invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements and internal accounting procedures Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness Manage payments, credits, and customer accounts Maintain the accounts receivable portfolio up to date, ensuring timely collections Ensure consistent monthly cash flow by securing company revenue collection targets Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any discrepancies Support the achievement of the company’s monthly revenue targets
