This role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external logistics partners to maintain seamless transportation and supply chain processes, including supplier/carrier visits.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, logistics planning, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and data analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of vehicle manufacturing industry and logistics
- KPI development and performance analysis

English level: B2 Intermediate

Academic Knowledge: BS/BA and prefer 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Engineering Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Operations and/or Purchasing emphasis degree or similar.

Main Functions:

- Implement continuous improvement strategies for transportation and logistics processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards of the Intra Mexico Transportation Network including Service Provider Performance; Carta Porte and customs requirements.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Service Provider and plant staff to ensure supply chain visibility, load density, carrier compliance, and plant interface for DTNA/DVCM networks.
- Execute the goals and milestones of various work projects, including but not limited to the re-design and improvement of the processes for the management of operations in DTNA/DVCM networks, including supplier/carrier visits
- Continually monitor the performance and cost of Transportation Network by Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making to enhance operational and cost efficiency.25
