- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Develop and update job descriptions and salary structures.
- Oversee employee training, performance management, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and workplace regulations.
- Analyze HR performance metrics (turnover, absenteeism, work environment).
- Supervise medical services and employee benefits programs.
- Lead negotiations and maintain effective labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with **ISO 14001** and environmental policies. **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in HR management within the **automotive or metal-mechanical sector**.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, Infonavit).
- Experience in union relations and collective bargaining.
- Analytical skills and experience with HR performance indicators.
- Knowledge of **ISO 14001** and environmental management systems.
