Practicante de Calidad Series (Villareal)

**Objective of the position**

This position brings support to achieve the implementing, maintaining, and controlling the timely response to customer requirements, as well as determining corrective and preventive actions to solve problems with internal and external customers.

**Principal activities**:

- Ensures timely response to requirements from internal and external customers.
- Support to coordinates response to Customers.
- Coordinates and analyzes the root causes of the problem with Finished Products based on problem Solving Tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, KPM, PPSR, DDWs etc.) in the event of quality/logistics failures.
- Ensure the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the event of quality/logistics problems with internal and external customers in coordination with the responsible people and/or areas.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality/logistics standards.
- Ensure open lines of communication with customer to have first-hand quality/logistic information on product performance and addresses any existing customer complaints.
- Responsible for relevant documentation of internal and external Customer Claims.

**Requirements**:

- Professional career: BD
- Industrial Engineer or similar (active student).
- Relevant experience: Strong interest in the Quality area and automotive environment. Lean manufacturing knowledge.
- English Advanced Level.
