- **Analyzing the causes of faults and malfunctions in tools and fixtures
- Carrying out repair, maintenance and inspection work on tools and devices
- Carrying out modification and improvement work on tools and fixtures **Duties and Responsibilities** New production, modification, improvement Creation of complex new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples using the various machining processes Creation of difficult sample and device parts including the necessary auxiliary devices Manufacture of difficult tool components and auxiliary devices for the optimisation of production processes, taking ergonomic and qualitative aspects into account (drawings, sketches, verbal agreements) into account.
