Key Responsibilities

Design and build front-end, back-end, and database components for custom solutions

Develop comprehensive application and component architecture strategies across multiple programs

Architect development strategies covering user experience through backend implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions

Continuously evaluate and improve architectural approaches to meet evolving business needs

Required Qualifications Master proficiency in Application Architecture Design

Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Strong experience designing scalable enterprise applications

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

React.js — 6+ years of hands‑on experience

Next.js — 2+ years of experience

Java — 6+ years of experience

Overall experience: 8+ years in software engineering / application development

Advanced English communication skills

Must currently live in Monterrey

Nice to Have / Desired Skills

Expert proficiency in Java

Expert proficiency in React.js

Advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts

Advanced proficiency in System Integration techniques
