- Graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or a university degree, and proven experience in Agile or DevOps team.
- Enjoys working within an Agile team and thrives in challenging environments that demand reactivity and resourcefulness.
- Handles the application lifecycle from development to incident management, covering automated testing, deployment, live monitoring and KPI tracking.
- Fosters continuous improvement.
- Shares a compelling vision. Competencies
- Great knowledge of DevOps, digital stack and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity basics and privacy in 21st‑century applications.
- Deep knowledge of containers development and orchestration (Docker, Helm, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with automation and industrialisation methods (programming languages, scripting in Go, Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab pipelines, GitHub Actions), and experience defining infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, alerting & incident management (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Role Responsibilities
- Participate in daily team meetings and recurring events.
- Generate and deploy increments of applications and present them to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure applications run in nominal conditions and set appropriate alert thresholds.
- Monitor how new features are used by end‑users.
- React swiftly to production issues, analyze root causes and prevent recurrence (continuous improvement).
- Collaborate with teammates to share and grow together on the latest technologies.
