Salesforce Pro Suite Integration Expert Needed Hourly Rate $25-50 USD / hour Project Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce freelancer to lead the implementation of Salesforce Pro Suite for our Insurtech company. We need someone with a proven track record configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce for sales, service, and marketing processes. The freelancer must speak Spanish fluently (100%) to train our team and document processes in Spanish. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce Pro Suite according to our business and operational needs.
- Migrate existing data and ensure data integrity.
- Integrate Salesforce with our other tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, internal systems, external platforms).
- Set up workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Train our team in Spanish and provide complete process documentation.
- Recommend and implement best practices to maximize adoption and ROI. Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce (ideally Pro Suite).
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and automations.
- Experience integrating APIs and messaging/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within set deadlines. Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with fintech or insurtech companies.
- Official Salesforce certifications.
