Job Purpose:

Lead the transformation of warehouse operations by designing and implementing strategic projects that drive efficiency, digitalization, and innovation, delivering tangible value to both the customer and the business through sustainable improvements in productivity, cost optimization, and service levels. Key Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities within warehouse operations, focusing on automation, mechanization, simplification, and process optimization.

Lead end-to-end projects, from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring measurable results in operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.

Develop and manage structured project plans (roadmaps, Gantt charts, milestones, deliverables) to ensure disciplined execution.

Drive digitalization and innovation initiatives aligned with business needs and logistics trends.

Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with key KPIs to validate impact and sustainability of implemented improvements.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, and customers to ensure integrated execution.

Act as a change agent, leading change management initiatives to ensure adoption and standardization of new practices.
