Job Purpose:

Lead strategically high-complexity projects within warehouse logistics operations, including site relocations, operational start-ups, mechanization implementations, process reengineering initiatives, and continuous improvement programs, ensuring proper planning, execution, stabilization, and delivery in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and corporate standards, contributing to operational efficiency and overall business objectives. Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end warehouse logistics projects, including site relocations, new operational start-ups, expansions, and closures.

Manage the implementation of mechanization and automation solutions, coordinating suppliers, technical teams, and operations.

Lead reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost efficiency, service levels, and safety.

Ensure operational continuity during transitions and structural changes.

Manage project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and executive communications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR, and external providers).

Define, track, and report project KPIs and post go-live operational performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, governance, and best practice standards.
