Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Cuautitlán Job Responsibilities Complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures. Act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top‑down and bottom‑up information flow. Manage daily operations end‑to‑end, from inbound to outbound, ensuring KPI compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals. Monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching. Qualifications 1–3 years of Warehouse Supervisory experience. Background in engineering or continuous improvement is desirable, with strong analytical skills. Intermediate English preferred.
