Key Responsibilities Support the digitalization of employee records by organizing, scanning, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files in internal systems. Assist in optimizing recruitment processes by updating candidate databases, tracking applications, and supporting process improvements through digital tools. Collaborate on HR digital projects aimed at improving data management, documentation workflows, and system efficiency. Coordinate employee events and engagement activities, including logistics planning, communication with participants, and follow-up documentation. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality by maintaining compliance with data protection standards and internal HR policies. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for handling and digitalizing sensitive employee data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools or document management systems is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with candidates and internal collaborators. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with an interest in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
