Talent Acquisition Trainee (Lagos de Moreno)

Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter Trainee who is eager to start a career in Talent Acquisition. This role provides exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, supporting talent attraction efforts across multiple areas, primarily for IT and engineering profiles. Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings on job boards and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Perform initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with administrative tasks within the recruitment function.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives as needed. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or academic experience in recruitment or HR.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and profiles (not mandatory). What We Offer
