Mandatory Skills- 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with a L2 role- Strong in Unix- Strong in writing SQL queries- AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable- Knowledge of any other scripting/coding languages – preferably JavaResponsibilities- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
- Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‐edge platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery; continually focus on enhancing application performance.
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
- Provide technical feedback and support to development teams; perform detailed RCA ofissues in production and implement corrective actions.
