- Role: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
- Ultra-Luxury Resort & Private Residential Community- Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico- Comp: USD $400,000
- USD $450,000 per year + benefitsA leading international real estate and resort ownership group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales & Marketing on Mexico's Pacific Coast for a vast Ultra-Luxury Community & Resort Destinations.This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the commercial performance, sales strategy, marketing direction, and market positioning of residences, branded residences, and residential lots, while elevating the destination as a global benchmark in ultra-luxury lifestyle real estate.You will lead pricing strategy, commercial planning, marketing strategy, brand positioning, international buyer outreach, broker/agency relations, CRM and lead-generation strategy, and strategic brand partnerships to maximise revenue, strengthen market presence, and protect long-term asset value.Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales, marketing, and commercial strategy for residences, branded residences, and residential lots- Define pricing, product positioning, segmentation, and sales strategy to maximise absorption and value- Build and lead internal sales, marketing, and broker relations teams- Develop global broker, agency, hospitality, and referral partnerships targeting HNW/UHNW buyers- Drive luxury marketing, lead generation, CRM, experiential activations, and digital initiatives- Partner with Development, Finance, Legal, Hospitality, and Executive teams to align commercial objectives- Represent the destination across key luxury real estate and hospitality networks globally- Report executive-level KPIs, pipeline performance, sales metrics, and commercial outcomesQualifications & Experience:- 15+ years' senior Sales & Marketing leadership within luxury real estate, branded residences, and/or hospitality- Proven success driving ultra-luxury residential sales in international resort or destination markets- Strong experience building general broker, agency, hospitality, and strategic partnerships- Commercial expertise across pricing, market positioning, segmentation, and revenue strategy- Strong leadership capability with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred)This is a rare opportunity to take executive sales ownership of one of the most prestigious ultra-luxury destinations in the Americas.Confidential enquiries welcome.
