Graphic Design Lead is a key creative leader within our Strategy & Development team. This role is responsible for elevating visual storytelling, pursuit deliverables, and marketing collateral across our business units. The candidate will lead the design and production of high‑end, “magazine‑quality” materials for strategic pursuits, including competitive proposals and client interviews. This position interprets complex technical, architectural, and engineering concepts and transforms them into compelling visual narratives that strengthen SSOE’s enterprise‑wide win strategies. In addition, this role will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, business development, and technical business leaders, and will interact with external print vendors and consultants as needed.

Responsibilities
- Pursuits and Proposals
- Lead the design and production of visually sophisticated RFP/RFQ responses, qualification packages, and pursuit collateral across architectural and industrial markets.
- Translate strategy, technical content, and data into clear, visually engaging narratives—spreads that look and read like editorial or magazine‑quality pieces.
- Develop editorial‑style layouts and presentation frameworks that distinguish SSOE to achieve shortlisted positions for and winning major competitive pursuits.
