- $1,500 Location of Search : León, Guanajuato, Mexico Work Location : In Person/Onsite You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of international logistics operations, primarily focused on steel products shipped from suppliers to customers throughout North America and Latin America. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics for purchase orders, from origin to final destination, according to Incoterms.
- Maintain updated records in systems such as HubSpot CRM and shared company files.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and customers.
- Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and update documents, invoices, and reports related to each shipment.
- Assist the accounting department with payment requests and invoicing.
- Support social media and marketing content updates. What We're Looking For
- University degree in International Trade or a related field.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- must be able to communicate with U.S.-based clients and partners.
