As an Inside Sales Representative for the Austria/Switzerland Market, you will be an engine of growth for Iron Mountain.You won't just be managing accounts; you'll be strategicallyidentifying, prospecting, and closing new business.You will join a high‐energy, results‐driven team in Barcelona focused on helping organizations navigate digital transformation and secure their most critical assets.What You'll DoPipeline Generation: Proactively identify and "hunt" new business opportunities within the designated market via cold calling, social selling, and email campaigns.Strategic Prospecting: Research and map out key stakeholders (C-level, IT Managers, Legal) to understand their pain points in information management.Consultative Selling: Conduct high‐level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain's digital and physical solutions with client needs.Deal Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of designated market trends and competitor activity to position our value proposition effectively.What You'll BringLanguage Mastery: Native or near‐native fluency in German is a must. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.Hunter Mentality: Proven track record of cold prospecting and overcoming "no" to get to the "yes."Sales Experience: Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS (mid‐market experience is a plus).
