What we are looking forWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Junior Controller to strengthen our Controlling function and support decision-making across the business. In this role, you will work closely with management, turning financial and operational data into clear insights that improve profitability, costs, and plant performance.This position offers high exposure to both local management and the MESAPARTS corporate teamKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and monitor measurable performance standards, including financial targets (cost per item, profitability) and operational KPIs (production efficiency, quality, OEE, tooling performance). Compare actual results versus budgets and standards by product, customer, and area, identifying variances and their root causes.Lead deviation analysis and coordinate effective corrective action plans with the relevant departments.Prepare and update quarterly forecasts, explaining variances and providing clear visibility to local management and the MESAPARTS corporate team.Use feedback and feedforward control to adjust current actions and support future planning and budgeting.Provide clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of controlling and reporting processes across the company.Key CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Clear and assertive communication skills, able to work with different levels and areas of the organization.Ability to challenge indicators and processes constructively and to drive action plans.High sense of responsibility, organization, ethics, and teamwork.
