Chinese-Spanish Translator (Nuevo Laredo)

This position within the Group Project Support Department provides comprehensive written and oral linguistic support to the North America Operations Lead in daily work, as well as translation support for other Chinese expatriate staff in Mexico.By bridging communication between local and Chinese teams, this role facilitates production operations management and drives organizational success in North America.Job Responsibilities:1. Familiarity with Production Operationso Effectively Convert verbal operational information into professional Spanish documents.o Enhance accuracy by integrating localized Spanish terminology and expressions.2. Document Translation & Quality Controlo Accurately translate Chinese-Spanish documents, emails, contracts, and production materials.o Review translated files to ensure linguistic precision and consistency.3. Daily Interpretation & Coordination Support for North America Operations Leado Provide comprehensive interpretation support for meetings, calls and translation for emails and external communications.o Accompany the North America Operations Lead to management meetings and negotiations, providing Spanish interpretation and coordinating business discussions.4. Meeting Minutes & Follow-up Actionso Document meeting minutes and track the implementation of action items, ensuring timely execution and feedback.5. Administrative & Ad-hoc Supporto Assist executives with daily scheduling and complete other temporary tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Financial Management, Operations or related discipline.2. Native-level fluency in both Mandarin and Spanish is highly preferred.Must be capable of seamless interpretation and possess a deep understanding of the cultural nuances inherent in both languages.3. Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.Strong cross-cultural communication skills.4.
