Supervisor I, Production (Matehuala)

About The Job
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Balance workforce according to production demand.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality, applying internal policies as needed.
- Stop operations that do not meet technical specifications and elevate accordingly.
- Maintain control of materials, including WIP, scrap, and material flow.
- Communicate performance, goals, and updates through tier meetings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools (5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
- Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí. About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Experience managing personnel and leading teams.
- Strong conflict management, adaptability, and trust-building skills.
- Ability to enforce company policies and internal work regulations.
