Webmaster marketing (Centro Tular)

The Marketing AI Administratoris responsible for theday-to-day operation, optimization, and business alignment of the company's AI chatbotplatform used by both internal and external users. This role ensures the chatbot isaccurate, compliant, and continuously improving, while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales,customer support. Platform Administration & Security Azure Open AI Management: Lead the administration of our AI instances, managing model versions (e.g., Security & Data Guardrails: Implement robust filters to prevent "hallucinations" and ensure the bot never leaks sensitive company or customer data. Manage user permissions and ensure the system complies with integral data privacy (GDPR/CCPA). Performance & Response Optimization Advanced Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and version-control complex system prompts to maintain the bot's persona and task accuracy. Knowledge Integrity & Data Management Grounding Data Ownership: Quality Assurance: Regularly audit bot responses for tone, brand alignment, and factual correctness. Governance, Training & Roadmap Change Management: Create "Best Practice" guides and training for internal teams to help them get the most value out of the AI tool. Experience:3–6+ years managing AI chatbots, Enterprise Apps, or Digital Products. Hands-on experience with Azure Open AI Serviceor Microsoft Copilotis a must. Degree in computer science, IT engineering, or marketing. Familiarity with API-driven architectures and data indexing. Ability to interpret telemetry/analytics to improve system performance. Familiar with website and content management Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong business judgment, and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ability to balance innovation with risk management and the ability to execute project management driving projects forward.
