- Mérida, Yucatán**: **Customer Service Rep (Payroll Associate Junior)**:** Location**: Merida, Yucatan (On-site) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

**About the Role** This is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to think and react quickly while serving clients with the utmost dedication. The Payroll Associate Junior is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls, providing expert customer service and care in a professional environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transactions.
- Understand proper payroll taxation and process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Process accurate and timely quarter-end and year-end reporting.
- Provide Ad Hoc reports and resolve client questions regarding payroll systems.
- Work with clients across multiple environments to manage time, attendance, and reporting.
- Coordinate payroll activities from beginning to end, ensuring high-level accountability and follow-through.
- Answer and respond to inquiries from clients with professional phone presence.

**Requirements**:

- ** English Level**: B2+ or C1 conversational (Advanced verbal and written skills).
- ** Education**: High School Diploma or GED required.
- ** Experience**: 1+ years of customer service experience.
- ** Skills**: Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- ** Communication**: Excellent phone presence and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
