We're looking for a Backend Tech Lead who's excited to lead development on a high-scale product using C# and AWS, and who thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. **What You'll Work On** Develop and optimize RESTful APIs in C#, supporting a modern React/Redux web app. Lead feature development and cloud architecture improvements in AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift). Contribute to our CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation. Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to build features that scale. Own performance, availability, and security of backend services used by enterprise clients. **What You Bring**
- Strong understanding of scalable systems, microservices, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance optimization for large datasets.
