**Job Title: Personal Injury Case Manager** **Employment Type**: Full-Time **Please submit your resume in English. Proficiency in English is required.** **Key Responsibilities** **Case Management & Client Support**:
- Manage all phases of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates and gather information.
- Request and track medical records, bills, and other supporting documents. **Documentation & Records**:
- Organize and maintain client files using legal case management software.
- Draft and prepare demand letters, settlement summaries, and other legal correspondence.
- Maintain detailed timelines and notes for all cases. **Attorney & Team Support**:
- Assist attorneys with case review and preparation.
- Coordinate with investigators, doctors, and experts as needed.
- Calendar and track deadlines to ensure timely case progress. **Communication & Organization**:
- Communicate with professionalism and empathy in both verbal and written interactions.
- Handle high-volume caseloads while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. **Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal English skills (C1 or above preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal assistant or case manager role (PI experience a plus).
- Familiarity with U.S. personal injury process or willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or legal case management systems.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment. **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with legal software like Clio, Filevine, or SmartAdvocate.
- Previous experience working with U.S.based attorneys or clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field (a plus). **Compensation and Benefits**
