* Design, development and validation of packages for finished product (customers) and raw material (suppliers), in order to have the appropriate packaging for deliveries.
* Implementation of ECR's, TCM's, drawings, BPDS, packing sheets, SAP, packaging control files, etc.
* Design control and application of labels according to the clients specifications.
* Returnable loopback calculations, issuance of EBP's for purchase according to the established busget in BP.
* Support administration with outsourcing company; Tracking, cleaning, assembly and delivery of packaging according to the established process.
* Packaging management in client systems (Lison, Covisint, etc.) reconciliations follow-up .
* Coordination for the f optional or alternate packages use. For Example: 1. Receive the requirement needed to pack a product, request all the key information to create the deadline plan. 2. Proposal preparation for the clients packages. 3. Drawings generation, sketches and / or requirements for packaging components. 4. Validation of disposable and returnable packages for customers and suppliers. 5. Request for quotes and purchase samples. 6. ECR's and / or TCM's Issuance for the package release and implementation. 7. Capturing information in SAP; GOOD, MM, ZDUN, ZREV. 8. Issuance of EBP's to request returnable packaging for customers and suppliers. 9. Creating drawings, packing sheets and control files. 10. Development and release of barcode labels for customers. 11.
