Location: Nuevo León, México Modality: 100% on-site Advanced English required Job Title: Senior Plant Logistics Project Manager The Senior Plant Logistics Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating plant-specific logistics industrialization readiness for new or modified products. The role ensures the plant is prepared for stable introductions and optimized internal logistics by anchoring logistics decisions locally, consolidating impacts into the Plant Master Plan, and coordinating closely with the End-to-End (regional) Logistics Project Manager. Plant Logistics is part of the TTI Conventional Organization. Our responsibility includes planning, coordinating, and executing the end-to-end flow of materials and goods within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that the right parts and products are available in the right quantity, condition, place, and time to support safe, stable, and efficient production; this covers inbound receiving, warehousing and inventory accuracy, internal transport and line feeding, packaging and container management, outbound shipping, and proactive issue resolution in close collaboration with production, planning, procurement, quality, and transport partners. What will you be doing?
- Lead and coordinate plant logistics activities related to the industrialization of a new or modified product, in alignment with the End-to-End (regional) Logistics PM
- Own and maintain the Plant Logistics Master Plan, consolidating all project driven impacts on areas, layout, interfaces, docks, routes, supermarkets, system, and equipment.
- Lead and coordinate part introductions and phase outs to ensure point of use material presentation and line-feeding readiness for builds, ramp-up, and serial production
- Build the plant logistics project structure and adjust it throughout the project lifecycle
