**Join Our Team as a Marketing Director at Bridge Solutions Group!** **Your Impact** As a Marketing Director at Bridge Solutions Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads and convert them into tangible sales opportunities. This role is perfect for a proactive and analytical marketer who thrives in developing innovative campaigns and aligning them with business objectives to deliver measurable results **What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and ensure a seamless lead-to-sales pipeline.
- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other marketing assets to maximize conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates, and make data-informed adjustments.
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns that directly drive sales volume, including retargeting and upselling strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. **What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation and sales growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, etc.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus **What We Offer**:

- $60,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
