Tooling Engineer (Mexicali)

**Tooling Engineer in GAC Mexicali** **Unique Skills**: **Education and Experience Requirements**: Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. **Position Purpose**: Responsible of the process. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
- Low level of knowledge in Design and CNC Programming to complete tasks of New Tools and repairs of low complexity.
- Adapting to continuous improvement as part of the daily performance.
- Participate in projects and suggest improvements.
- Low complexity tasks.
- Coordinates some tasks in assigned SBU working on priorities like administrative controls and low complexity of designs and CNC Programming.
- Take responsibility to follow up SAP Work Orders, control of TMS’s and bring feedback to clients if there is discrepancies on the Tooling requirements.
- Support and suggest corrective actions to solve quality external problems.
- Knowledge in Sheetmetal Tool Design, 2.5 axis and 3 axis NC Programming in Catia platform.
- Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
