Sr. Marketing Digital (Mexicali)

**Responsabilities**:
- Design, implement, and execute the vision and long-term strategic marketing roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with all marketing, product, and clients to ensure proper prioritization of initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to operationalize and optimize projects.
- Maintain relationship with clients and follow up on their need and the marketing team.
- Provide insights on funnel performance to clients acros marketing.
- Manage the marketing performance metrics.
- Developing insightful presentations that summarize key data, identify underlying trends, and ultimately result in actionable strategic recommendations. **Must Haves**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Advanced written and spoken English
- 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably with US clients.
- Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media.
- Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments to align on strategic solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Benefits**:
