Maintenance Supervisor - Evening Shift (Monclova)

As a key leader within our operations, you will ensure the availability, reliability and optimal performance of our production equipment — including plastic injection machines, phenolic resin molding machines and thermoset presses . Your mission is to guarantee a robust preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategy , while guiding a technical team and actively contributing to the resolution of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automation-related issues . You will also play a central role in continuous improvement , identifying opportunities to enhance both equipment performance and production processes. Main Responsibilities : Lead and manage the maintenance function to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Provide high-level technical support to production and maintenance teams. Oversee maintenance and optimization of plastic injection and thermoset equipment . Supervise and troubleshoot automation and control systems . Drive continuous improvement actions across processes, equipment and team performance.
