Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (Swing Shift) (Monclova)

As a key leader within our operations, you will ensure the availability, reliability and optimal performance of our production equipment — including plastic injection machines, phenolic resin molding machines and thermoset presses. Your mission is to guarantee a robust preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategy, while guiding a technical team and actively contributing to the resolution of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automation-related issues.
