- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
- Drive key talent processes including recruitment, on-boarding, and development in partnership with HR COEs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and HR governance.
- Oversee employee relations and guide management on performance and engagement.
- Work with management to enhance organizational performance.
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Assess HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Perfil buscado A successful HRBP should have:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Data-oriented mindset with ability to leverage HR insights for informed business actions.
