Human Resources Intern (Linares)

British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for an Human Resources Intern in Monterrey.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Intern management for onboarding and offboarding, interns agenda, general support and follow-up.
- Support the deployment of the People Agenda and other initiatives for the departments.
- Management of the departments' communications channels.
- Control and audit employee files and records.
- Support various employee life cycle activities.

What are we looking for?
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, with a projected graduation date of mid-2027 or later.
- Not planning to participate in an exchange program within the next year.
- Available to work 30 hours per week, with versátil scheduling to accommodate academic workload.
- Advanced English proficiency and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Design skills/Canva experience.
