Junior Recruiter – IT & BPO
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
Work Model: On-site | Monday to Friday
Office Location: Colonia Los Doctores, Monterrey
English Level: Advanced / Fluent (Required)
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our on-site recruiting team in Monterrey. This role is idóneo for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on exposure to IT and BPO hiring while managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes.
You will play a key role in supporting hiring needs across entry-level to mid-level IT roles (such as Help Desk and Service Desk) as well as BPO / Call Center positions, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake to offer stage.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for:
- IT roles (Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Support, etc.)
- BPO / Call Center roles (customer service, operations, support).
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess:
- Technical basics
- Communication skills
- Cultural and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and recruiting trackers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer preparation, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and pipeline visibility.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, especially Help Desk / Service Desk environments.
- Experience recruiting for BPO or Call Center positions is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment processes.
- Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site from Monday to Friday in Monterrey.
