Manager, Human Resources, Linares Plant

You will join the Supply Chain and Operations team, working closely with plant leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives. Based in Linares, this role offers the opportunity to influence culture transformation, strengthen employee engagement, and drive key HR initiatives that support operational excellence.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- HR Strategy & Business Partnership — Develop and implement people strategies aligned with general and regional objectives, acting as a key liaison between leadership and employees.
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning — Lead recruitment, retention, and workforce planning initiatives while driving actions to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
- Culture & Engagement Leadership — Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment that promotes engagement, development, and high performance across the organization.
- Performance & Development Management — Oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting continuous improvement and talent growth.
- Compensation, Benefits & Labor Relations — Manage payroll, benefits, and labor cost budgets, ensuring compliance with business needs and labor regulations, including union relations.
- HR Metrics & Decision Support — Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, engagement) and implement action plans to achieve targets.
