Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Monterrey, NLE, for a Becario Ingeneria de Procesos (Process Engineering Intern). The role involves supporting process design, optimization, and control for automotive seating mechanism manufacturing. Daily responsibilities include assisting in process monitoring, analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement process innovations and efficiency enhancements. Qualifications
- Familiarity with Process Engineering and Process Optimization concepts and methodologies.
- Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to evaluate and solve complex process challenges.
- Understanding of Process Control principles and applications within manufacturing.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and standards is a plus.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
