Your day will center around talent identification, screening, and engagement of talent aligned to manufacturing production in our facilities. Are you ready to start your Baxter career?What you'll be doing You'll help drive community outreach, ensuring we're tapping into talent from our local markets. This could be schools, organizations, community groups, or local associations. You'll take an active role in promoting Baxter as a great place to work. This means you'll understand what is needed to be successful in this environment and can speak authentically about what it's like to work with us. You will keep up to date with market insights in order to identify best practices and market trends to guide the recruiting experience and advise your stakeholders. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting—manufacturing, healthcare, or pharma is a plus. Proven capability in effectively handling concurrent hiring priorities and partners at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines.
