Intern - Mexico Business Solutions - Transportation (Monterrey)

**About The Role**- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Provide top-tier customer service in timely manner- Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations- Process improvement- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on new processes.
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes- Other responsibilities as assigned.Participants will get hands-on experience working with operations seeing the day-to-day work such as over, short & damage, setting appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, attending regularly scheduled meetings, exposure to leadership, and more.Following completion of the internship, participants will be considered for a full-time opportunity. **Basic Qualifications**- Advanced English, verbal and written- Current Bachelor Student 5th semester or higher- Must have completed servicio social- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
