- Build knowledge and logistic flow understanding to develop results such as the improvement of production layouts, factory design, and documentation.
- Ensure coherence and collaboration across factory platforms within MD&I; and within Operations, understanding the E2E flows in general.
- Build relationships with all key collaborators both onsite and globally.
- Proactively support production layout updates and ensure that LEGO is following the global standardization agenda.
- Collaborate with all technology platforms in R&D; areas to secure the latest versions are incorporated into standards.
- Responsible for global involvement and alignment within your own area of responsibility and compliance with LEGO requirements and standards.
- Identify risks and opportunities in functional areas and in general. Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant educational background in technical build, CAD build, drafting, or industrial build.
- Strong experience within factory layouts or technical development of factory equipment or logistics systems.
- Highly skilled with Autodesk software, especially AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and Inventor.
- Trained in and/or experienced in Project Management.
- Ability to travel up to 40 days per year.
- Knowledge and understanding of operational and/or logistic processes in a production environment.
