Develop tailored logistics solutions by understanding customer supply chains and translating needs into competitive value propositions. Manage pricing strategies, generate quotations, and lead commercial proposals, including digital solutions. Lead customer engagement activities such as visits, negotiations, and contract agreements. Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes with operations, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to execution. Monitor first shipments and ensure service quality meets agreed KPIs. Maintain and leverage CRM tools for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and commission processes. Follow up on customer feedback, claims, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to support the full customer lifecycle.
