Job Description Owns the end‑to‑end architecture and design of Kinaxis Maestro solutions, including data structures, integrations, and configuration standards. Converts complex business needs into scalable, high‑performing Connected Planning solutions. Develops solution frameworks, module setups, and best‑practice modeling across planning functions. Ensures solutions comply with enterprise architecture guidelines, data governance, and security standards. Leads and supports integral deployments spanning Demand, Supply, S&OP; / IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Capacity Planning. Provides hands‑on technical leadership in Maestro configuration, scenario analysis, and workbook design. Facilitates design sessions, solution reviews, and deep‑dive workshops with business and IT teams. Serves as the senior technical authority and mentor for architecture decisions, standards, and best practices. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Digital Supply Chain transformation roles. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar platforms (o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, OMP) across multiple planning domains. Proven experience leading global implementations and cross‑functional teams. Strong understanding of integrated planning domains including Demand, Supply, Production, S&OE;, and Inventory.
