About the Role

Are you an Oracle Eloqua expert who thrives on building complex B2B marketing ecosystems? We are looking for a Functional Analyst based in Mexico to lead the orchestration of automated campaigns and drive marketing excellence through the Eloqua platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring high-impact lead management and seamless multi-channel targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Configuration: Set up and manage Eloqua defaults, including email templates, landing pages, and subscription management.
- Campaign Orchestration: Build, test, and launch end-to-end automated marketing campaigns and complex program workflows (Email, SMS, Web, Display).
- Data Strategy & Segmentation: Develop target audience segments, manage contact data hygiene, and oversee secure data imports/exports.
- Analysis & Insights: Create and distribute standard and custom reports to analyze campaign performance and ROI (e.g., click-through rates, conversions).
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, security settings, and permissions within the platform.
- Strategic Optimization: Provide expert recommendations on Eloqua adoption, best practices for email deliverability, and IP Warming strategies.
- Technical Documentation: Author Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for marketing processes.

What We're Looking For:

- Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst specifically within the Oracle Eloqua platform.
- B2B Marketing Savvy: Deep understanding of lead management, campaign lifecycle, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable reporting and optimized segments.
- Strong Documentation Skills: Experience writing technical and functional guides (FSDs/SOPs).
- Location: Based in Mexico.
- Language: Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for technical documentation and collaboration.
