Job Summary

The Tooling Operations Coordinator will support fulfillment of tools across the region providing support in the areas of order fulfilment, general operations, systems support, order tracking and other administrative activities. The Tooling Operations Coordinator will perform some or all of the functions below in addition to other duties that may be assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging in order entry, management and tracking of tools utilizing Tooling digital systems
- Act as a requester for all PO requests for items purchased by the Tool Center
- Assist with billing process as appropriate; calculate invoices and feed to billing systems
