- Deliver exceptional phone service to patients
- Schedule medical appointments with care and precision
- Manage clinic emails & support requests
- Follow established customer support procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Attend team meetings (Mon-Fri 8:45 am PST) and collaborate with colleagues What You Need
- Fluent English & Spanish (written & spoken) – Required
- 6+ months of customer service or outbound call experience
- Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and Google products
- Empathy, proactiveness, and strong communication skills Work Schedule
- Full-time (40-44 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am
- 6:00 pm PST
